TruffleFox

Terms of use

These terms cover trufflefox.com. Each of our directory websites has its own terms, which apply when you use that website.

Who we are

TruffleFox is run by Richard, a sole trader in Australia (ABN 50 266 506 282). You can reach us at [email protected] or through our contact page.

What this website is for

trufflefox.com describes the directory websites we build and run, and links to them. Nothing is sold on this website and you do not need an account to use it.

The businesses on our directories

The businesses listed on our directories are independent. We do not carry out their work, recommend one over another on this website or guarantee what they offer. Check a business's details, prices and qualifications with the business before you rely on them.

Accuracy

We keep the information on this website as current as we can. Listing numbers come from each directory and change every day, so treat them as a guide. If you spot a mistake, please tell us.

Using the website

Please use the website in the ordinary way. Do not try to break into it, overload it, copy it in bulk with automated tools or use the contact form to send advertising or abuse. We may block access that does any of these things.

Our content

The TruffleFox name, the fox mark, the text, the maps and the design of this website belong to us, as do the names and logos of our directories. You are welcome to link to any page and to quote short passages with a link back. For anything more, ask us first.

Links to other websites

We link to our own directories and occasionally to other websites. Once you leave trufflefox.com, the terms and privacy policy of the website you arrive on apply.

Our responsibility

This website is provided free and as it is. As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for loss that comes from using it or from relying on the businesses listed on our directories. Nothing in these terms takes away rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law or other consumer laws that cannot be excluded.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of Queensland, Australia. If you live elsewhere, you keep any protection your own consumer law gives you.

Changes

We may update these terms and will post the new version on this page. This version took effect on 25 October 2026.
